Ghostwritr Terms of Service

Ghostwritr provides collaborative email drafting: Ghostwriters submit requests, AI generates text in a Sender's style, and Senders review, edit, and send from their own Gmail accounts. Every email goes out only by the explicit action of the account owner — Ghostwritr never sends on its own.

You own the emails and briefs you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing request content until it is purged (7 days after completion), processing it with our AI provider to generate drafts and learn writing style, and delivering it through Gmail when a Sender clicks Send. We do not use your content to train AI models.

No spam, deception, unlawful content, or impersonation of anyone outside your own organization (drafting for your own executives, with their review and consent, is the product). Daily usage limits apply — currently 20 AI drafts per person, 200 per organization, and 30 sends per Sender each day. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your organization's first Sender seat is free, with unlimited Ghostwriters. Additional Sender seats are billed monthly per seat via Stripe, starting with a one-time 14-day free trial; seat changes are prorated. If payment fails or the subscription is cancelled while multiple Sender seats are active, sending pauses until billing is resolved or seats are reduced — a single-Sender organization is never blocked by billing.

You can stop using Ghostwritr at any time: cancel the subscription in the billing portal, revoke Google access, or ask us to delete your organization. We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms with notice where practical.

The service is provided "as is" during the pilot, without warranties. Review every AI-generated draft before sending — you are responsible for the emails you send. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding three months.
