What's the difference between a Sender and a Ghostwriter?+

Senders are the people emails go out from — usually executives. They review, edit, and send from their own Gmail. Ghostwriters are everyone who drafts requests for them. Only Senders count toward billing; Ghostwriters are always free and unlimited.

Can Ghostwritr read our email?+

No. The only Gmail permission Ghostwritr ever asks for is permission to send — there is no read access of any kind. Draft and sent email text is deleted 7 days after a request completes, style learning stores writing characteristics rather than your words, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

How does the free trial work?+

The first time your organization buys Sender seats, the subscription starts with a 14-day free trial — a card is required at checkout but nothing is charged until the trial ends. The trial applies once per organization.

What happens if we cancel?+

Paid Sender seats stop at the end of the billing period. Your first Sender seat is free forever and is never blocked by billing — a single-Sender team keeps the full product at no cost.

Which email providers are supported?+

Senders send from Gmail (Google Workspace). Ghostwriters can be on any email provider — they draft and track from the web dashboard with an email-and-password account.
